Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conversion metrics, digital research and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for all business verticals and product lines, with a core focus on vacation rentals and member engagement.
  • Own the vacation rental digital journey understanding critical conversion and churn points to optimize the consumer experience and grow Rental business
  • Create visual and messaging concepts for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and tactics (email, landing pages, sms text, travel stores, etc.)
  • Manage execution of the digital customer journey for Club members
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar for the company
  • Manage digital vendor relationships in partnership with Brand team
  • Track digital marketing performance against KPIs and recommend strategies to improve performance
  • Create and update digital marketing reports
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing tactics, messaging, and performance
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and teams
  • Provide thought leadership and influence digital strategy within the organization based on proven best practices, trends worth exploring, and innovative technologies
  • Assist the Senior Leadership Team in a wide array of other tasks related to digital marketing, digital experience design, and company growth, as required
  • Both lead and participate in brainstorming and creative collaboration sessions pushing the team to create and elevate ideas
  • Maintain positive relationships and collaborative work environment with the team and across the organization.

Job Requirements

Education, Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience digital marketing

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:  

  • Hospitality or Agency experience highly desired
  • Windows OS
  • Driven and a self-starter with a high-level of strategic / critical thinking skills complimented by a creative mindset.
  • Teamwork skills
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects as an individual contributor.
  • Understanding of Brand, Marketing, and Digital KPIs
