Recruit Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business management OR equivalent industry job related experience.
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in hotel/resort operations at a property of similar size and/or quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess strong leadership skills
• Ability to manage, direct and complete assigned duties
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage efficiently
• Flexible schedule, be available at a moment’s notice
