Purpose

Provides managerial and administrative support to the activations department.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate departmental staff
  • Plan and conduct staff meetings
  • Coordinate training for the department
  • Implement new concepts and programs for the department
  • Generate leads and sales for the department
  • Manage customer complaints
  • Reporting when requested
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:  

  • Must be highly motivated and able to motivate others.
  • Background in management and team organization.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Excellent customer service.

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
