Recruit Position Duties

• Responsible for the safe operation of the adventure park.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail

• Able to communicate, understand, speak, read, and write English to communicate with guests and other departments

• Must meet acceptable attendance and punctuality requirements which are essential functions for the position.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain multiple priorities and ability to adapt quickly and easily to a changing environment.

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Must be able to use creative problem-solving skills and demonstrate decisiveness

• Monitors pool decks, including overall maintenance, daily upkeep and cleanliness of pool deck and cabanas.

• Demonstrates and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members

• Maintain order and enforce pool rules in swimming and hot tub areas.

• Report to management any safety hazards.

• Open and close cash registers by performing tasks such as counting money, reconciling the days sales.

• Assist with hosting poolside activities.

• Stay up to date on emergency/safety procedures

• Remain updated on all recreation and sports equipment and outdoor recreation facilities to meet appropriate safety standards

• Responsible for shutting down various equipment, adventure park, activities/events when weather or other conditions pose a safety hazard to participants.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Recruit Position Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Bilingual is a plus

• Timeshare experience a plus

Shift:

• Between 10am - 9pm. Flexible Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays. Morning Shift and Night Shift. No overnights.
