Housekeeping

Duties


• Perform all housekeeping duties from cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, linen replacement to laundry and inventory management of housewares
• Loading and unloading washers and dryers
• Sorting linens that are heavily soiled and unusable for use as shop/cleaning rags
• Folding and storing all linens and towels neatly
• Cooperate with housekeeping staff to provide quality service to all owners and guests
• Perform minor maintenance duties such as changing of light bulbs, painting and other duties as needed
• Report any washer or dryer malfunctions to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage area
• Record monthly linen inventory, advising supervisor of any shortages or items that need purchasing
• Respond quickly to requests from guests and other departments
• Inspecting units on a daily basis
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Practice safe working conditions under the Occupational Safety and Health • Administration guidelines, including Blood borne Pathogens
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships within the team
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Timeshare experience a plus
• Flexibility needed for scheduling purposes
• High energy with a passion for housekeeping cleanliness
• Attention to detail
• Ability to communicate both verbally and written
• Flexible schedule must be available weekends and holidays
