DESCRIPTION: Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Director of Sales Performance & Effectiveness to join our Sales team. This role directly impacts sales success, optimizing the overall sales process through on-site evaluation, performance management and coaching. The critical hands-on role implements our sales strategy and monitors sales performance standards. Collaborates with sales leadership to enhance the efficiency of the sales process and achieve desired results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Process Inspection and Improvement:

  • Conduct regular inspections of the entire on-site sales process.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement enhancements that drive process alignment enterprise wide.
  • Drive our Sales Podium results through presenter training and certification, presentation and script improvements, inspections, and coordination with the on-site sales leaders.

Monitoring and Enforcing Performance Standards:

  • Own and manage performance standards and metrics for the sales team.
  • Continuously monitor individual and team performance against these standards.
  • Ensure performance improvement plans and corrective actions are executed as needed to ensure compliance with established standards.

Quality Assurance for Group Presentations:

  • Evaluate group presentations conducted by sales teams.
  • Ensure presentations adhere to company standards, messaging, and best practices.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to presenters to enhance their presentation skills and effectiveness.

Group Presenter Certification:

  • Deliver training programs to certify individuals for group presentations.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to ensure group presenters are well-versed in product knowledge, presentation skills, and group dynamics.
  • Evaluate and assess group presenter’s readiness and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Sales Performance Data Analysis:

  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and share insights with the sales leadership.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Deep knowledge of frontline and in-house timeshare sales with 5-7 experience in the industry.
  • Significant experience with group presentations format and delivery.
  • Understanding of KPIs to gauge performance against targets and objectives.
  • Ability to analyze, create and disseminate reporting metrics to team members.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of sales management, processes, and training.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement technologies and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Travel required (60-80%).
