The In-House Sales Representative speaks with and leads guests on a tour of model units with the intention of either converting guests into Vacation Club Owners or upgrading existing Owners’ Club memberships.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Present and inform the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • Call Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • All other duties as assigned

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Two years of experience in resort sales preferred
  • Maintain $2,500 VPG

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to travel –Road Shows

Shift: Weekends and holidays are required

  • Regular Hours and Weekend

Travel: Must be able to attend roadshows

  • Up to 25%
