Develop and implement a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan for which would increase revenues and profit.

  • Must provide considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration
  • Meticulous in following instructions and able to manage time efficiently
  • Implement the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan
  • Perform market research and analysis
  • Furnish marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments
  • Evaluate operational issues; stay competitive and current with the latest trends of the timeshare industry
  • Monitor external and internal environment for the development of new market segments
  • Develop marketing campaigns for new products and services, including formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan for each
  • Assist in developing an on-going guest-relations program for our team members
  • Demonstrates knowledge of, and supports, our mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior
