Management Sales


To report to all officers of the company and directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales. Oversee implementation and enforcement of all company policies and procedures of the sales department.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Direct and manage the management of all sales associates and sales managers
  • Assist with Compliance Department in reference to direct complaints against sales associates and sales managers
  • Organize daily meetings with all sales managers and daily training meeting with Training Managers
  • Knowledge and enforcement of company policies and procedures
  • Obtains the authority to hire, fire, recruit and discipline the sales staff in accordance to company polices
  • All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 10 years in Timeshare Industry as a manager
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Create excitement with sales team and clients
  • Possess great morals and integrity
  • Effective management skills
  • Well organized and attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to travel
