Provide administrative support to the marketing team, business partners, guests, and owners.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Data entry of all tours booked by marketing.
  • Answer and direct calls from marketers, business partners, guests, and owners
  • Maintain and submit proper records on a daily basis.
  • Assist with organizing OPC’s tour schedules.
  • Communicate all confirmations and tour times available for the following day.

Education, Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: 

  • Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Basic computer skills
  • Well organized
  • Maintains accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate both written and orally.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
