The Ticket Agent is responsible for accurately selling tickets to customers by phone or in-person and providing show information as needed.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide Customer Service to all Branson vacation guests
• Sell tickets to guests, always upselling
• Provide accurate money handling skills, including credit cards and pre-authorizations
• Provide accurate information to all Branson vacation guests, including but not limited to shows, attractions. Special Events in Branson, hotels, restaurants, and shopping
• Work with OPC’s
• Ability to stay up to date on the current and upcoming shows and attractions, regarding location, schedule, and content of the show
• Ability to stay up to date on all policies and procedures
