Purpose:
Guide, direct, mentor, and lead the Front-Line Sales Team in daily operations of resort sales. Assist Sales Associates with the finalization of the sales process and enforce all department and company policies and procedures with their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
General Statement - Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Two (2) years experience as a Front-Line Sales Associate
Maintain a minimum $2,500 VPG and number of sales closed as measured by weekly sales reports
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Presentation skills • Customer/Client Focus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Possess high morals and integrity • Flexible schedule, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to travel for roadshows
Shift: Additional hours may be necessary to meet business needs
