Purpose

Guide, direct, mentor, and lead the Voyage Sales Team, who speak with our guests and provide presentations on Capital Vacations' Voyage program

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train and mentor, the sales team
  • Maintain sales performance and finalization of sales
  • Create excitement with the sales team and clients
  • Manages and ensures that Sales Representatives deliver sales presentations to guests according to company policy and procedures
  • Maintains and ensures that each guest receives outstanding guest service from the assigned sales representative who will provide a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging the guest, maintaining exceptional standards and dependable product knowledge
  • Manages and maintains up to date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations while protecting the company
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Maintain a minimum of $2500 VPY with 10% cancellation rate or less
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Create excitement with sales team and clients
  • Possess great morals and integrity
  • Effective management skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to travel
