Administration - Resort Ops

Purpose: 

  • To work on business-level initiatives to enhance the business unit's overall financial, operational, and quality. This role will drive key initiatives and work with key stakeholders while monitoring and tracking results through tools created to measure overall success.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive and enhance current QA program while improving reporting software and dashboards. Conduct inspections of properties, looking at all areas of operations as outlined in the inspection software.
  • Assist Transition Coordinator with New Build processes for acquired or developed resorts.
  • Act as Task Force GM as assigned. Manage lists of available resources to act as “sit in” leadership in the event of vacancies.
  • Work with RVP responsible for Strategic Vendor Relationships and launch programs.
  • Manage resort operations Educational Webinars
  • Launch Initiatives specific to Operational Compliance and Strategic Partnerships
  • Track and Monitor Key initiatives as directed.
  • Create reports/dashboards.
  • Distribute reporting on critical initiatives as defined with accuracy and on time.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 5 years of resort leadership experience required.
  • Former GM or Quality Assurance Roles preferred

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of resort operations, with a focus on housekeeping, maintenance, and interdepartmental teamwork
  • Negotiation
  • Knowledge of OSHA guidelines
  • Knowledge of all Company policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to travel to resorts in assigned regions.
  • Must be able to maneuver through resorts for up to 12 hours while conducting inspections.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
  • Personable, friendly personality
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and web-based Applications

Shift: Additional hours may be required to cover shifts and meet deadlines and goals as necessary. Travel Requirements up to 75% may be required.
