Skills: The candidate must possess basic to basic+ Excel skills and proper phone etiquette.

The candidate will be performing these tasks on a daily basis:

1. Capturing information from spreadsheets, websites, and returned mailings and then entering data into spreadsheets.

2. Make 1st pass attempt at resolving formula errors or formatting issues in Excel as needed.

3. Make outreach calls to owners to collect and enter updated account information into our online system.

4. As needed, assist in developing and delivering other reports based on the information collected.
