Capital Vacations Springfield Call Center is seeking to add new representatives to our Afternoon Shift Team!

The Call Center Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to families who have inquired about a mini vacation to 1 of 5 locations. The Rep then offers and sells a vacation package to those potential customers based on their needs!
***A highly trained management team will assist in sales transfers making the process very achievable for anyone willing to learn!***

Details:

  • Paid Training at a competitive hourly rate + continued training
  • Monday – Friday SET schedule, no weekends required
  • Day AND Evening shifts available

Essential Duties and Tasks:

  • Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying warm-lead guests.
  • Assist guests with questions about the vacation properties, packages, and procedures.
  • Determine eligibility of Capital guests per qualification standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional sales training.

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants should possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

  • Call Center sales experience a plus, but NOT required!
  • Friendly, outgoing, upbeat attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in basic PC knowledge
  • Excellent verbal communication skills while maintaining high quality on all calls.
  • Fast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
  • Performs the job duties assigned and complies with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity
  • Must be at least 18 to apply.

Schedule: Full Time Monday–Friday 1 pm -8 pm (or part-time 2:30p-8p)
