We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LiveVox Dialer Admin to join our dynamic team in the timeshare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our dialer system, ensuring that all calls are made in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working as a LiveVox Dialer Admin or similar role in a call center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of LiveVox Dialer system, TCPA regulations, and other relevant compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with managing a team of agents preferred.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Tasks:

  • Manage and optimize the LiveVox Dialer system to ensure efficient and effective call campaigns.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are executed in compliance with TCPA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement dialer strategies to maximize agent productivity and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with management to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the dialer team.
  • Train and coach agents on the proper use of the dialer system and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with the dialer system and work with IT support to resolve them.
  • Monitor and track agent performance and provide feedback to management.
  • Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss campaign performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and agent activity.
