Duties

• Will ensure that all check-out rooms are care free for our next arrival.
• Work on a flexible schedule.
• Ensure to work in a Team environment.
• Must produce quality workmanship.
• Ensure to have a hospitable personality and assure all work performed is accordance to Capital Standards.

General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electricity, plumbing and painting. Handyman skills a must.

• Must have be a team player with a positive mental attitude.

Schedule

• Flexible between 8AM to 8PM and schedule is completed in 3 week intervals to team members can plan accordingly.
