What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rental Audit Manager to lead our rental audit team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our rental operations. As the Senior Rental Audit Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Audit Oversight: Lead and conduct comprehensive audits of rental transactions and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Data Review: Identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement in rental operations. Implement corrective actions to optimize financial performance.

Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance rental management processes, implementing best practices and streamlining audit procedures for increased efficiency.

Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and legal requirements related to rental operations. Ensure that our rental practices align with legal standards and company policies.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of rental audit professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Provide guidance on complex audit issues and promote continuous professional development.

Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on audit findings, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with other departments to implement necessary changes.

Who You Will Be Working With:

You will report directly to the Senior Vice President- Yield & Rental Management, working closely with other department heads, property managers, and audit specialists to uphold the highest standards of rental accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee rental audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Mentor and guide a team of audit professionals, promoting a culture of excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve rental management processes.

Stay informed about industry regulations and legal standards related to rental operations.

Generate comprehensive reports on audit findings and recommendations.

Job Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

5+ years of relevant experience in rental audit, financial analysis, or related fields.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and senior management.

Detail-oriented and hands-on approach to tasks, with a commitment to accuracy.

Proficiency in using independent judgment and making sound decisions.

Familiarity with property management systems and rental software is advantageous.
