Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced R.O. Hospitality Manager for our Front Office to oversee all aspects of the front desk operations and guest services. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process, manage reservations, and supervise a team of front office staff to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all front office operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
- Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor room inventory and rates to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Prepare and analyze reports to track performance metrics and trends.
