Job Responsibilities:
- Train, encourage, motivate, and monitor the Sales and Marketing Administration staff, including but not limited to scheduling, PTO, tardiness, employee behaviors, overall work environment etc.
- Maintain and communicate company policies and know how to implement them.
- Maintain data integrity in TSW and all systems.
- Maintain and manage premium inventory in accordance with policy.
- Maintain the integrity of Capital Vacations policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive and productive working environment with other departments.
- Process AP check requests.
- Order and maintain quantities of supplies for site i.e. office supplies, refreshments, etc.
- Oversee building Maintenance requests and personnel if applicable.
- Oversee the Cleaning contract or personnel if applicable.
- Oversee and approve all overhead expenditure for the site and keep within reasonable spending limits.
- Support and maintain a positive working relationship with Senior Leadership at the site.
- All other duties as assigned.

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED
- 7+ years of experience in the Office environment
- Experience in business operations, tour receptions, gifting, or contracts in timeshare industry is preferred.
