Job Responsibilities:

  • Train, encourage, motivate, and monitor the Sales and Marketing Administration staff, including but not limited to scheduling, PTO, tardiness, employee behaviors, overall work environment etc.
  • Maintain and communicate company policies and know how to implement them.
  • Maintain data integrity in TSW and all systems.
  • Maintain and manage premium inventory in accordance with policy.
  • Maintain the integrity of Capital Vacations policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and productive working environment with other departments.
  • Process AP check requests.
  • Order and maintain quantities of supplies for site i.e. office supplies, refreshments, etc.
  • Oversee building Maintenance requests and personnel if applicable.
  • Oversee the Cleaning contract or personnel if applicable.
  • Oversee and approve all overhead expenditure for the site and keep within reasonable spending limits.
  • Support and maintain a positive working relationship with Senior Leadership at the site.
  • All other duties as assigned.

General Statement - Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws and ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 7+ years of experience in the Office environment
  • Experience in business operations, tour receptions, gifting, or contracts in timeshare industry is preferred.

  • Strong personnel and management skills as well as technical competency
  • Multi-task and have flexible hours and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
