Compliance Agent- Springfield Missouri and Branson Missouri

$1000 sign on bonus, no weekends or major holidays required.

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Save packages that can be saved or cancel packages that have quality issues.
• Remain at station during regular working hours.
• Be sure to turn in all reports by the end of the week.
• Return all phone calls requesting to cancel in a timely manner.
• Keep cancels down to a minimum.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Keep cancel percentage below a 5% cancel rate per week.
• All other duties as requested

General Statement - Performs the job assigned complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.

Job Requirements

Education, Essential Training / Certifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Telephone Sales Experience

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills and customer service.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Proper phone etiquette.
