- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning and sanitizing tasks.
- Good physical health and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with colleagues and visitors.
