Mr. Bary and Mr. Rexroad's appointments to the newly established positions of Co-Presidents will take effect on November 1, 2023. Under the revised leadership framework, they will share responsibilities for executing and implementing Capital Vacations' strategy. Mr. Bary and Mr. Rexroad will maintain their reporting relationship to Mr. Shroff, who will continue to oversee Capital Vacations' strategic direction and leadership.
